Right, im no David Bailey so dont shoot me down for the pics, but think they fair well for a heavy handed mechanic with a £70 Digi Kodak :d

Have made a couple of changes, Aero wipers, caliper colour change, and my private plate back on. Calipers arent finished yet, there minus the VXR badging. But i purely painted them to see if i liked only to strip them down and have them powder coated properly. The green is to match the read out on the instrument panels. Will later take the red out of the VXR badge on the boot and change that to green also. The engine cover will also change to the matching green as well. Other little things i changed are Osram headlights, foglight bulbs and Zenon Mainbeam so all the light is matching, and 360 led sidelights. Chrome indicator bulbs. Need to be changing the Number plate bulbs.

So here he is, major clean down inside and out. And the bay spruced up also.

when you had your calipers powder coated, did you remove the piston and seal?

^ you'd have too, the heat would melt the seal.

Not been powder coated yet, will do in the future. The bumpers and side skirts are 100% original, the colour match isnt good, but all the monaros are like that. Fibreglass bumpers which were painted in another shop to the car, stupidly gay but its not just mine.

Cheers for the comments.

Looks nice, the green calipers don't work for me at the moment, but when you've done the badge and engine cover it should look spot on. I'd be happy to have a go at taking a few photos when it's all painted, provided I have a new wider angle lens come the time. I'm no pro that's for sure, but having cars like yours to practice on is always a bonus! Send me a PM if you're interested :thumb:

^ you'd have too, the heat would melt the seal. The seals should be more than capable of dealing with 160-210ºC
