First of happy easter :thumb: i have a transit mk6 and put a new sill on it and want to clean up the rest of the rust and paint it but it just keeps coming back through. whats the best way to preserve nice paint for longer. some bits are pitted so i ll need to skim over them with filler but last time i used kurust the filler never stuck that well. any help much apprieciated :)

the ONLY way to get rid of rust is to cut it out and replace infected metal, all this other stuff on my market just slows it down

i might just buff it all down then apply plenty kurust and use filler primer to fill the pitted areas, then white primer , top coat then sell the thing :d

Egg day is over. :(
Quick respray and sell. It's the way to move on a diamond white Ford van. lol
Or if keeping, de-lip your arches and weld the inner tub to the outer skin higher up to get rid of the water trap. Don't be shy with the jetwash either. :thumb:
