They can make you remove it for the "swear" word. Well thats what i was told when i had "Fu*k them and their laws" on my reg plates years ago.

my mate had a good sticker in his back window was a check list with tax insurance mot and police harrasment all ticked it was massive!! funny enough it got him pulled quite allot aswell lol
