I have asked a load of questions about this and that for my nova and I thought it's about time that I showed a few pictures of the little wagon:

This is when I first got her and I tore into her straight away with the Autoglym

although the pic doesn't show, she was very dull :(

here she is all cleaned up:

This is a pic of the gash looking mk1 back box:

http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a101/teamlsm/fedfb82a.jpg

and the better looking mk2 scorpion back box supplied by Will_F, cheers fella!

and then I painted the door mirror covers last night:

the spec so far is:

1992 1.0 Nova Life
fitted with a 1.4 Corsa '95 on engine, pierburg 2E carb and K&N pancake filter,
4 speed gearbag,
Scorpion rear silencer,
Apex Springs and shocks, not sure what drop,
JVC Headunit linked to a 12 disc changer,
Alpine dash speakers,
Mutant Amp running a 12" Infiniti sub,

Work in progress though . . . .

Yea, chassis is fine, inner wings are fine, boot floor and inner arches all fine. Starting to hole on the rear panel at the boot shut, roof skin is starting to hole at top of windscreen and the rear arches are starting to bubble, as are the doors. All in all not to bad shape considering age and 107k miles!!

I have started to brush on Waxoil underseal on the underside, have the front inner arches dine and the front lower crossmember and the spare wheel well. Need more time to do the rest of her.

Cheers lad, a lot of folk have said the same thing, they came with her, 15" mk4 astra items I believe?

body wise, keep her fairly understated, not going to ho the usual SR lookalike route, though I would like a blue SR interior for her. Going to paint the bumpers gloss black to match the side skirts though.

Engine wise I'm undecided. I have been offered a x16xe and gearbox, loom and brain for £100 by a good friend, but I'm having difficulty getting an injection fuel tank here in Northern Ireland, and I'm not sure about what manifold and downpipes I need, so this is kinda making me think of tuning the 1.4 that's in her. That and the fact that she is a daily driver and I can't afford to have her of the road fir more than a weekend!

unless you plan on putting your foot down on lots of straight roads and spending loads of money on fuel then id stick with the 1.4 engine and enjoy all the twisty roads while spending a lot less money on fuel :thumb:

Each to thier own I guess, the main reason I got them was to keep the back window clean

Clean looking Nova mate. I agree with Benn, I can't stand mud flaps, but that's just me.
