Hmmm, and the fact that the user is called spell'BOT' doesnt make you think that it might just be a 'bot' on the forum?

Sometimes 'special people' who cant take 'authorotahhhhh' telling them they spell like 'special people' so spell bot is engaged to do so.

Oh jeeze
Why do you think the rule applies? Its to prevent circumvention of bans, and also prevents the database filling up with unused accounts.
Admin occasionally need to test settings for different usergroups. I have about 4 accounts which i use to test settings with, so do others. Spellbot could be one of these test accounts, but who knows? :)
