None of the original pipework will fit tbh......
Because of different rad/inlet/turbo positions
Depending on your budget, im really liking the look of some of the universal IC's on ebay atm, they look like they should fit quite well!

Adam

Well yeah, you could hunt around a scrappy for a day checking every turbo motor theyve got in there, you might get lucky and drop on some pipes that you can make fit.

I fitted my frontera one using all the standard let boost pipes originally. Just needed one extra 90 degree bend. My samco's now are just a Calibra turbo set.

Erm buy 4 90o elbows and you'll be able to pipe it up, straight length of tube to go to the inlet. Job jobbed.

I'd just go to a exhaust holding motor factor, they'll have everything.

I got mine thru my work, 2meter long 2inch stainless steel 25notes.

charegcooler ftw :P

more serious note the small universal ones from ebay are very cheap and will fit almost all applications with minimal fuss, the frontera one also works well up to around 260-270bho

Is there some sort of formula to work out the volume of IC needed to flow efficiently enough for a specific BHP? Or is it just down to trial and error?

Thanks,

Owen.

Yeah, if they sell straight lengths they'll be able to get it. Or ring CES in Chester (depending where you are) Stainless looks much better and wont rust.

TX autosport sell a C20LET intercooler pipe kit for about £70 iirc.
2.5" pipework

Looks spot on
