Well after months of waiting, the weather has got reasonably better (in this area anyway), the nova has been taxed and today was its first outing... at last!

really not sure how long I will keep this for. Too many other cars i would like to own and only have a single garage. Was at Ultimate Dubs last month which really hasn't helped in keeping me focused on one car.
Will see how the summer goes, but reckon it will be sold on later in the year. No vastly inflated price, will just be looking to receive what i paid for it (just over £3K)

no its a custom colour based on vauxhall rio verde.
Looking good, i'd love to have it if I had the space!
Still looks brilliant, wish mine was taxed and on the road lol

Cos its bitchy as hell and if it's isn't oem+ on BBS RS rims they don't wanna know... Was reading an article in PVW a while ago and a guy got banned from all the polo forums for buying a well known show/track car and giving it some extra width and a diffuser! He ruined it apparently :confused:

if this nova is as good as I remember then I'd buy it! But I remember it on revolution wheels? Or was that Jon shiels car?

Yep that's the car it did have revolutions and they where black. Goes off to find the article ;)

Yep that's the car it did have revolutions and they where black
K95 VHD never had black Revo's on it as far as I remember...

I prefer the revolutions, just that little bit different but suited the car somehow .

1st of April is when the 'summer' cars come out for the 6 months :cool: call me sad, but its quite a cool month to see what has been away hiding during winter.
Always loved that car by the way, i agree that it was at it's best with the RL7s but still one of my fave novas of all time :thumb:
Um southie, that top picture is a different car completely you plum, iirc it was Ricks other one the one with the RFX plate :p

yep, 1st of April was chosen to coincide with the weather being a bit better. Good to have it on the road. Mot due in May so will get that sorted, see how we're settling and decide what i'm doing with it. For the moment, its staying for the summer and the leaving.

no, two different ones. Its been green for a good number of years and was featured in max power back in 1999 (from memory) in pretty much the guise it is now. Couple of years ago it was featured in Total Vauxhall with the green revos fitted.
Nice to see it back out again fella..... Would be nice to see it at a show or two this year if you have the time. ;)

I wish people wouldn't buy more than one Nova it obviously confuses me lol

The RFX's from this car are now on William's (NovaSportC550) car :) IIRC
The purple one was my own custom build (Mostly done by Fearless) whereas I bought the green one and personalised it.

found out this week that i'm going to be away with work at the time the total vauxhall event is on at Crail plus already know I'll be away for one of the big shows later in the year (the travel is good but the timing isn't always!).
So, as a result that I'm not going to be able to show it this year, and a couple of other things, I'm tentatively putting it up for sale. I'll post up a thread in the for sale section later, however the price is £3100 fixed. PM for further details.

shame, I remember one of the times I was collecting parts off you were really excited about it aswell, itching to get it out on the road. think you'll get another nova??

This one is up there with the best of them in my opinion and having owned it, and if i sell it, this will be me finished with Novas.
