WTD: Front strut parts

My front struts are in desperate need of renewing. However, I want to get them built-up off the car and then swap them over, so:

Does anyone have the parts that can be retained on a rebuild i.e. nuts, spacer plate, top mount itself, upper spring plate etc.
Does anyone know a good place to source new bump stops, gaiters, bearings and damper pads?Thanking you.......
