for years theres been a nova near mine, mk1 f reg that light blue colour, always said to meself id buy it off the women who owns it, was a minter i tell thee drove past the other day an there was a 59 plate what ever sat in its place. was well distraught haha, i hoped it was just someone who parker there car there as ive drove past but no it seems to be stayin, looks like shes done that scrappage allowance bo!!ocks.

The obvious thing to do is keep an eye out in local scrapyards, as that is where its heading.

Need to slip the owner some money to get your hands on the whole car if it's done under scrappage though, otherwise it's destined for the Heinz canning facilities.

Engines & shells arent allowed back on road. Spares is OK assuming the scrapyard break the cars asopposed to simple crushing or disposal of them.

Quite a few nice Novas appeared in our local yards. They all got utterly raped for bits.

anyway, it just bumps the price of other up as they get rarer and soon they will be at Mk2 escort prices! lol lol :roll:

not quite, due to the big amount of cars they get, they crush older cars like nova's almost the same day :(

my local scrappy is filled with astra G, corsa B etc etc, nova's get crushed directly.


there's a granny with a 1983 china blue mk1 around here, i want it :P
