hello

once it hits november i get a years no claims bonus. Currently i have a 1.0 in my nova, this was to get as close to cheap insuracne as possible as im only 17. when it comes to november i am going to put a 1300sr in it that i have sitting around. is it just as easy change on the V5 of stating the different capacity or ....what?

cheers

You're not changing a tax bracket going from 1.0 to 1.3, so no problems with the tax there. Should just be a case of updating V5c and possibly getting evidence

No, you need to go to your local DVLA office. They will cancel your existing tax and refund you as required, then you pay for the new tax (6 or 12 months).

take the log book with the changed details on aswell, or send that off before, get it back then tax it ?
