gearbox ratios

hi want a fast gearbox to put in my nova i have a selection of boxs available
w3.94
w3.74
w4.18
c3.74
c3.55
and also a 1.7 turbo gearbox but dont know the ratio
just want to know which would be the best one for performance cheers

i should have put i do alot of track days and normally only get to 2nd gear if this helps ;)

what do you mean "normally get to 2nd gear" I'd imagine 99.9% of people on a track day get to 2nd gear.

right, what sort of competition series???

it will be an f13 box, you would do well with 13" alloys & ultra low profile tyres, that will massively lower the gearing.
there is a 4.53:1 diff, but it is very rare. but an f13cr box with any of the lowered diff ratios, ie 4.18 as found in 1.3 sr novas would be good
