it is in the loom next to the plugs for the ecu, it plugs into the corsa loom but obviously the nova dosnt have a plug for it

its just a big plug with nine wires in the back of it

Well one of the plugs is for the fuel pump relay, the largest one. There's a 4 pin plug and a 9 pin plug alongside that which are both listed as 'Instrument Panel' on the TIS wiring diagram.. no pin-out data for them though.

what was your car originally? you need to find the feed wires in the bay that match. the reds and blacks are perm live and switched.

right guys i have a pic of the plug

can someone have a look in the haynes manual for the c14se and figure out where these wires go

its the only plug that wont be plugged in, i know the 2 purple ones are for the ecu and then theres the fuel pump relay than all the sensors

im guessing the ecu gets power ffrom this plug too as theres nothing else to power it

Green is the rev counter. The red/blue and red/brown are fuel pump. Brown/blue is for EML. Blue is the coolant temp sensor. Brown/yellow and brown/white are for the diagnostic connector. Red is battery positive. Black is switched live.

I think that's all of them.

when you say red/blue, red/brown are for fuel pump how to i connect these to the pump as the pump will only have an earth and feed wont it?

the diagnostics connecter is that just the rectangle plug that you bridge to read the codes?

also when i removed the loom from the corsa there was a plug in the radiator but it was connected into the lights loom, what is this for and where to i wire the plug into

Ah sorry, the blue/red is the speed signal from the clocks to the ECU. The red/blue to the fuel pump is the thicker of the two IIRC.

And yes that's the diagnostic port.

That was probably just the rad fan switch. It's not part of the fuel injection loom.
