im just wondering if you can use any other starter motor on an xe as mine is buggered and im hoping to get 1 at the scrappy tomorrow and i doubt there will be many if any c20xe engines there

Would have thought 2.0 8v be the same mate as the XE's are based on those engines mate or any big block for that matter.

Dont think there the same mate best thing to do would be take yours with you if youve got it off already and compare them.
