dizzy timing? E16SE Bosch

just need to know,

what is the correct timing for the E16SE bosch jetronic???? is it 10 degrees before tdc or 0 ? is there an ideal for best running or power?

standard setting is 10 dtdc i believe, only way of tuning for best power is on the rollers though

had hassle with this figure on a mates gte. set it at 10 originally to try sort the running out, didnt really sort it, fixed one prob and created another. changed it manually, by hand on the move in the end, seems the best way, i think it leveled out at 15 degrees when i checked it, but god knows whats been done to the engine before he got it.

so id say depending on engine mods, u cant always follow that figure unless your blocks all original gm parts. something like that ?? lol

even if your block is all original the build tolerences are crap lol. my 1.2 technically runs about 20 degrees advance
