The previous clampett who owned my car has taken a post 95 1.4 lump and carbed it. He has bypassed the mechanical fuel pump with an FSE electric one and an adjustable fuel pressure regulator which he had set at I assume 4 bar(markings on the dial of 1 - 5).
Having read the Haynes manual it reckons that the fuel pressure created by the mechanical pump is 0.25 bar.
Should I reset my pump to 1 or foes it not really matter?
