Car Make and Model: Astra Coupe Turbo Phase 3

Im selling my Astra coupe Turbo in titan gold, i have owned the car now for 18 months and loved every minute of it but the time has come where i need to sell as i cant afford to insure both this and a van.
In the time i have owned the car it has been turned from its standard spec to phase 3 somewhere around 300bhp mark although i havent had the car on the rolling road. The work has all been done by myself with no expense spared.
Some details:
-2001 51 plate
-Titan Gold
-96,000 miles
-Serviced every 3k
Body/suspension:
-Genuine gsi front bumper brand new from vauxhall including brandnew genuine grilles and Depo fog lights
-Crosshatch irmscher style grille with i logo
-Standard coupe smoked headlights fitted with 6k hid conversion
-Gm Dealersport Mudflaps
-Lowered 40mm on apex suspension springs
-Whiteline Rear antirollbar
-Standard coupe turbo alloys (would benifit from a refurb)
-4x Yokohama parada spec 2 tyres with good tread
Engine:
-Z20Let engine
-Phase 3 remaped using regal ipf (included with car)
-Brand new genuine vxr turbo done less than 3k, fitted with regal oil bolt
-JBI Tx autosport fmic kit with stainless boost hoses and black silicone joiners
-Brand new vxr injectors with less than 3k
-2.2 airbox with vectra c intake pipe
-Bailey dump valve running alongside recirc valve
-Complete blueflame exhaust system from turbo back, Including decated precat, removable cat/decat pipe, centre box and oval back box
-Ngk iridium spark plugs
-Earth mod done
-Brand new Gm battery less than 4 months old
-Brand new Alternator less than 4 months old
-New radiator fitted less than 4 months old
Interior:
-Full black leather interior in mint condition with now tears or wear to bolsters, cleaned and conditioned regularly using gliptone leather products
-Carbon Fibre effect centre console
-Boost and oil pressure gauges in radio slot, radio relocated in lower slot
-White led conversion to whole dash
-Heated front seats
-Traction control switch fitted
-Electric windows
-Electric mirrors
-Remote central locking
-On board info computer
-Cruise control
-Air conditioning (needs re-gas)
I think that is about it off the top of my head but im sure there are bits ive missed out, any questions dont heasitate to ask.
The car has never been involved in any accidents or got any info recorded against it, any checks more than welcome.
Also will be retaxed for 6 months at the end of the month
Ill get some better more up to date photos come the weekend, the car will not be sold with the private plate and is now back on its original plates, all ready to go.
