Yes if its a Z18XE1 & Yes I believe the C16 exhaust flanges on the head are the same. Inlet side is different. Await a real answer from the likes of Peester or Jonlem etc.

the exhaust ports line-up and match but the bolt spacings are slightly different, nothing a spot of redrilling and making holes into slots doesnt fix tho

inlets are totally different tho

X18XE1 small block vectra B (facelift) onwards astra 4 non sporting models. cable throttle.
Z18XE small block vectra B (facelift) onwards astra 4 and corsa c sporting models with fly-by throttle
Z18XE1 small block vectra C astra 5 models with fly-by and VVT
manifold thing must becoming bit of a myth, theyre very similar but not the exactly the same as said port holes line up, thats it tho - holes not, sump also gets in way i think

Yeah.. You can spot them as having 5 stud hubs. The big block 1.8XE was 4 stud.

The inlet stud patterns are completely different, theres no way a c/x16xe inlet will fit.
