1. As a guide the expected resistance of an earth continuity test should be less than:

- 1 ohm
- 10 ohms
- 0.5 ohms
- 230v

2. What is the output voltage of an insulation tester which is required to test a 230v circuit

- 500v dc or ac
- 230v dc
- 400v dc
- 500v dc

3. What are the 4 electrical saftey checks

They are daft questions i know and i should know them! But my brain aint taking anymore info in! So if you could just tell me the answer id appriciate it lol

1. less than 1Ohm

2. 500v, basically a rough double of the voltage used in the circuit

4 checks? does it work is the main onelol

Be abit more specific, im only an apprentcie, so don't take as gospel;)

matt is right, :thumb: not sure what you mean by electrical safety check's. its pretty vague, do you mean as in safe isolation proceedure, or what etc??

matt youre only up the road from me, who do you work for??

to check its working i prefer the wet finger test
