ask yuor mate what offset they are.
on the back of the wheel/ one of the spokes there should be a number followed by et (45et for example)
this will be the offset find out what it is an report back!

ive never asked him what stud they are. he told me that they would fit. i believed him as he used to have a nova. so r the older shape clio's 5 stud then?

i think someone got a bit confused with 5 SPOKES to be 5 stud lol

i think that only the lagunas (from recent times) have been 5 stud

as far as im aware the clio has the same pcd as vauahall.

I believe the offset is ET42, and the PCD is the same.

If you look in the feature car section under 1.2's there's a Nova in there with Clio 16V alloys.

they will bolt on but you may get scrubbing problems as the offset is wrong.
Standard vaux offset is 49mm,so the wheels would be 7mm further out on each side,14mm wider track.
It will probably tramline alot more aswell.
