After doing all the work to my cylinder head as some people might know, i took it home after being skimmed and fully cleaned and after a small inspection found that one of the valve guides has got a split in it and the thread on one of the spark plug holes is going!!! :x Starting to think i should have used my other spare head. Only used this one cos it looked cleaner and water ports weren't as rusty!

What shoudl i do? Start agin with other head and loose what i have spent on it or knock the valve guide out and replace it and hydrocoil the plug thread??

PS. I have allready made a drift to get the valve guide out. Just need to heat it and have a go!
