gsi external pump

just fited e16se and the external pump. it primes fine but will not send fuel :(
theres fuel in it as i can suck it to the back of the pump any ideas

You sure its not mounted or wired backwards. (wired wrong results in reverse polarity)

if you have the fuel lines on backwards at the injector rail end, it won't pump fuel

i can't remember, but if the return pipe is unclipped at the tank, & put into a container, when you turn the key so the red lights are on, on & off about 6 times fuel should run out, with the pump whirring, if not, then its the wrong way round.

The return comes from the fuel pressure regulator mate, had the same problem on my mates one

ha thats the prob i thought the reg was to reulate it comin in to the car will have a look the mora too drunk now lol
