View Full Version : fitting bike carbs to a 1.2 8v novavan

hi i am only looking to play around with my 1.2 engine for a while and want to know the inns and outs of fitting a kwaka 900 bike carbs onto it and how much this will put me back?

and i also have another vauxhall novavan up for sale 36000 white 1.2 lowered? all offers welcome

very cheap conversion if you can make a manifold for the carbs yourself. Then you will need a fuel regulator to bring pressure down to around 3psi, then just a case of fitting choke and throttle cables

dont think r1 carbs will get anymore out of a lil 1.2 will they?

Bogg Bros make manifolds but they aren't cheap. Tom Reid on here also has them made, if you want to search for him and drop him a PM. I made my own but it all depends on skills/facilities you have available.

pffff mine were not cheap lol and i hope you have a deep pockets for fuel :thumb:
