Evening Guys,

Done a little work on the nova today.

Mot is due next week so replaced the disc's & pads today & sorted the binding prob out.

Also did a little poking & found a hole on the o/s/f wheel arch near the jacking point.

Put a little plate over it, Only my 2nd attempt at welding,.

Pretty pleased think im getting the hang of it, Just got to seam seal it now

A few pics ^^ :)

Go all the way around the plate with a continuous weld, instead of just tacking it all the way round.

Play around with the wire speed.

You should of also, even tho you only did spots, do them so there in a constant line.

Been full of filler for the last 3 mots anyway, only patched it as the hole had got bigger. Once the sealer & black stuff is on it wont notice. :)
