For sale is my 2L 16v redtop nova,
It was professionally re-sprayed in polar white and flame red about five years ago.
The car was front page featured in total Vauxhall magazine in May 2005. (mag included in sale)
The 150bhp redtop engine was taken from a calibra, the chassis has been strengthened and proper conversion kit used to cope with the extra bhp and torque from the engine.
F20 gearbox
K&N induction kit
stainless steel back box.
Comes with a MOT valid until 9th July 2010.
The car is lowered 60mm all round on uprated shocks and springs.
It has 15" alloys with 2 brand new tyres on the front.
All four arches have been rolled if you wanted to fit larger alloys.
Front brakes have been uprated to astra GTE 16v vented disks and calipers.
Rear seats and carpet removed and an OMP 6 point welded in roll cage and rear suspension strut brace fitted all painted in white.
Rear arches have no rust!
Door handels and locks have been smoothed over and doors are on poppers.
The bonnet vent was cut out of a Peugeot 206 gti bonnet and professionally welded in at the time of the paint job.
I have fitted a kill switch to the car, very good anti theft device as it cuts the battery power and the feed to the coil.
Astra digi dash (one illumination bulb has blown)
It has an auto gauge rev counter with shift light
Water temperature guage
Twin air horns
Momo custom painted steering wheel
Black GSI dash
GSI seats( driver side warn on
Sparco 3 point harnesses
Dtm door mirrors
Single wiper conversion
Rocker cover painted white with red spark plug cover
pneumatic bonnet lifters
The car has recently had a service (oil, filter, plugs)
New battery (3 years warranty left)
New fuel pump, filter, pipes.
New rear wheel bearings
New hand brake cables.
2 new tyres.
New track rod ends.
Bad bits, every car has them.
front arches are just starting to bubble from the rust. (rears are fine)
The speedo is out, going 30mph reading 12mph.
Couple of spots on the bodywork where the paint has started to crack, mainly on bumpers + small spot on drivers door.
Currently has no road tax. (sorn)
