flashed my ecu and code 19 come up (crank shaft sensor-incorrect signal) its a new crank shaft sensor but its a pattern part does this mean it fooked??

to be honest mate its should not come up, Did you have the car running while you flashed it out, or when running the car does the ECU light stay on, if it does then yes its poo! if it goes out when you start the car then i wouldnt worry about it!

yeah ecu light stayed when driving and the car was misfiring and jumping about and then flashed it with the ignition turned once

Check the wiring to the cam sensor mate. It's them that go and tell you the sensor is fooked.

cam sensor on a XE?

if you dont have the engine running while flashing you always get the crank sensor error.

when you fitted the sensor did you clear the ecu
