Creaky rear end

When going over bumps, I get this creaking noise, and if i wobble the car i also get it. Now its developed into a sort of "hissi" noise, like air in the shoks? its everytime i go over a bump? Ne ideas wot it could be? bearing in mind the creaky thing. thats still there

shocks - itr could be springs also

Mine used to do it themn I changed shocks for uprated ones and it stopped.

The hissing sound will just be sound of shocks (fluid moving around)
