hubs and outer cvs c20xe conversion

i have a 92 j reg nova with c20xe fitted on f20 box which shafts and outer cvs and hubs will i require? any links to sites that sell correct parts would be good

You can either use the MK2 1.6 Cavalier 22 spline inner cv's with GTE 22 spline shafts and normal GTE outer CV's on standard Nova hubs.

Or you can use the big block inner cv's with the big block shafts and outer cv's if you buy the aftermarket hubs to suit. LMF do the hubs.

Put up a wanted on here and I'm sure someone will have what you're looking for

the trouble im having is getting cvs to fit through the hub carryer i'm bigining to wonder if some one has fitted different carriers is there a difference is size of hub carrier from a 1.2 to a 1.6 nova

are you sure you not trying to put big block cv's through standard inner hubs? if so it won't work, you'll need machined down big block inner hubs which are sized to fit the nova bearings!

but big block shafts are too long to be used on a nova conversion, ok for corsas tho. Is he using the "motorsport" conversion shafts do we think?

No i just mean cv joints, i kinda thought he was using competition shafts anyway thats why i think he's trying to put the big cv's through standard hubs!

the shafts im using have 25 splins the shaft dia. is 25.4mm there standard shafts cut down for a very strange conversion i just want to no if anyone knows of a cv that will fit the shaft and hub and hub carrier.

its prob the strangest conversion you'll have heard of lol

All Nova hubs and carriers are the same.
