I'll only be running standard power mate plus budget is too tight to start spending £££ on an aftermarket cooler (althought I wish I could) If it was good enough for the Cav/Cally turbo's then it'll be fine for the Nova for a short while.

iv got a 1.7TD one, i think there the same, holds 30psi fine lol

vivaro or frontera one be cheap as chips, and run better cally ones dont cool very well atall

I need a small one as space will be tight. The standard LET one size wise is great and being standard equipment on the original car you can't go wrong really, plus it won't break the bank. I want to go for an uprated custom one down the line but I could spend that cash on something else for the conversion.

Will check out the 50quid ones on ebay.

It won't cool as well in a Nova as in a Calibra though. On the Calibra it's on the end of the radiator and in the airflow through the grill etc. On a Nova the only place it will go is behind the radiator where the fan usually sits so it gets all the radiators warm air.

I had one on mine for a while, they are gash.. Seriously.

It actually lost power using it.. Your better off with a FMIC if possible.
