i now have 5 gears yay!

finally swapped the gearbox's over and now have a f10, on my 1.2i, its actually loads better, revs lower at 60, and pulls better through the gears :)
took 2 afternoons tho. and when did they switch gearbox oil to clear:confused:

aparently it was a **** to get to some of the bolts out and hes had to cut a lug off the top of the box aparently so that he could select 5th gear.

yeh to afternoons i mean half 3 till half 5, and my first gbox change, some of the bolts on the lower arm ect have been off for the first time so were super stiff, and the ball joints out the hub were tough. but it runs well now needs a bit of fine tuning to get 1st to go in easier, yeh i have heard the f13's are better but this is better than 4 gears lol

took him a week to remove a wheel bolt hes improving lol

its the plastic lug on the stick you cut down on a 4 speed so you can select 5th its a 2 minute job
