Had a good afternoon cleaning my mk2 Cav after the oil cooler pipe decided to split and spray oil everywhere! Luckily I was at home when it happened and turned it off quickly! So i removed the cooler altogether and opted for the oil filter directly fitted using the 1.4 stub.

Anyway - Thought id get some pics whilst it was clean and the weather was ok.

Any comments welcome! :thumb:

Its just the standard SEH mate. Im stuck as to what to do next? I want to do somthing different without obviously ruining it? I was thinking maybe tying to make some stubby mirrors out of a spare pair of mirrors?

Ah right remember seeing it when i came over to pick those yellow GSI bumpers up that time you remember i came in the red nova lol though you said it was an XE for some reason. Id leave it as it is mate keep it original it will be worth more in years to come not that they arent now lol.

Yeah thats correct mate - most of them were E reg.

Lee leg - It all depends on condition - An good condition one with a v6 fitted went for 4k.

Im unsure yet mate - maybe cossy power or honda s2000. Its just been acid dipped and now its on the spit awaiting a weld in cage, rear tubs, turrets, arches etc etc. Trying to fully group 4 it. That one will take loads of time yet though - its sort of like an investment!

Looking very nice mate, mint. Saw one a few weeks back, guy off here, PabloSR, has a real nice one too.

If you ever take the SEH out of it and it's running give me a shout. Need a replacement SEH to go in my dads Mk3 early SRi ;)
