How much do I need to lower them to clear the F28? Will inch square box section steel drop them enough?

Cheers dude, my lower arms have plates welded to them so if I use a bit of steel tube inside them as supports and bolt the tie bar to the bottom that end should be fine too, right?

Are there any advantages to doing this even if you dont run a F28???

it is polysterne, to just get idea of how it would all fit together lol.

I have ally block spacers now, and the proper bottom ball joints, not the £3 motorfactor specials.

Yeh Ad do a search, it helps it stop diving under hard braking and entering corners IIRC

Ahh lol fair enough, just ordered some box section thank for the advice mate.

I heard that somewhere too, about helping to stop diving, bonus :p

Only advantage is if you lower them at the front, the rear is just needed to clear the F28 but cancels out the improvement made by lowering the fronts.

Lowering the fronts is one of the best things i've done to any of my Nova's, really improved traction off the line.
