Door/Window Strip

Some nice person cycled past the Nova a few weeks back and punched the wing mirror out it's ball/sockets. http://homepage.ntlworld.com/keith_forrest/w.anker.gif

As a result of this there is a rather nice dent in the strip at the top of the door. :cry:

So i'm after a replacement.

Does anyone have a one in excellent condition (or there abouts) I can swap for some beer tokens.

It's to fit a 1992 GSi.
Not sure on the colour, it looks grey, but the other option is blue/grey. lol

Is it all one piece or does the strip stop at the quarterlight glass?

On my MK1 the window strip only goes upto the quarterlight.

No idea, i'm assuming colour as there's a grey or blue/grey option.

That is something totally different Nova Tek. The GSi has metal surrounds round the window and totally different window rubbers.

I tried to get one of these trims ages ago Keif with no joy.

Ok well never knew that, Glad I didn't have a GSi. My window strip was totally funked and I thought I wa gonna hear the dreaded NLS from Vaux.

Yep brand new Benn, £17 all in from Vauxhall. I only needed the drivers side as the passenger one was lilterally perfect. My old one was in a right state.

I actually prefer the pov spec windows surrounds. Not too keen on the whole surround trim.

sorry for the late reply, I had a good look at the surround sets that I have and they all appear to be the same colour as my gsi ones however the only drivers side bottom length I have in good condition is the one on my gsi, the others are either faded or have slight damage.
Hope you find one soon.

Slight damage can be repaired, can you take a pic or two so i can see how bad the damage is.
