I have recently removed this from my mk3 gsi as it needed too much for the MOT.
Early C20XE engine, brand new cylinder head (gm) that included new valves, guides, stem seals, studs etc, recon'd tappets (it was fitted 50 miles ago and still looks brand new)
Early C20XE bottom end that is in good condtion no wear to bores etc, it needs a sump gasket but one is included
It had new headgasket, head bolts, full timing belt kit (when head was changed 50miles ago)
New plugs, good dizzy cap, rotor arm, leads, coil
New exhaust manifold and inlet manifold gasket, exhaust downpipe inc lambda, inlet all complete
It comes with cambelt,rocker cover, plug cover, sfi box that has had the 2 rubber hoses replaced, AFM, airbox (mk3 astra)
Rad hoses etc included (top one new)
Loom and ECU there and complete (plugs cut and wires joint into car loom as was previously a C20LET in the astra)
Flat flywheel with brand new GM clutch kit
F20 gearbox in good order, no crunching or whining, inc shafts (needs one CV boot)
Alternator, starter etc all there.
Basically the complete lot minus engine mounts.
£600 NO OFFERS as the cylinder head cost me this, never mind the other new parts like clutch etc.
I would split if there is enough interested, example in prices would be:
Head - £300
F20 - £60
Flywheel and clutch - £60
Bottom end - £80
etc etc
