It all depends on how much you want to spend mate ive seen some people get a way with -40mm springs and uprated shocks but its not the correct way IMO to do a prpoer job i think courtney do a set of 2.0lt springs for a nova but they only lower them 35mm i think IIRC steve has a set on his 2.0lt 8v mk1.

Yeah ive got the courtenay springs on mine, they are a 25mm drop I was told but they look ok but more importantly they do the job, provided you don't use cheapo shocks. Im thinking of selling them now as ive got hold of some 40mm pvd springs, PM me if interested.
