1 Litre to 1.4 Conversion

Can anyone help. I am trying to uprate a little 1.0 to a 1.4.

Can anyone tell me if this will drop straight in.

I bought it with rear discs from a cavvy, Does anyone know about getting the handbrake cable to fit?

And finally I got Central Locking and Leccy Windows from an SR in the scrappy.
The windows work, but I have tested the Central Locking motors in my other 1.4sr and they work but I cant get the central locking system to work in the 1.0L.

As for dropping it straigh in it will do providning you get the engine mounts with the 1.4 engine. The 1.0 has a different engine mount to the 1.2 1.3 1.4 etc etc but it can be done. I am not talking from much experience but there has been other topics about this before. Have a look in this tech section for a topic called "will this work".
