GSi loom

Wanting to drop a GSi engine into my rather humble 1.2 asap, now my redundancy pay has come thru :) how difficult is it to do all the loom? Is st simple swap one for other or tricky guess which wire is which kinda thing?

sorry also wanted to ask if I'd have to get my clifford alarm + r/c/l etc all re-wired by a pro?

And whilst im here, how much is it for a CV boot, went into partco other day and they asked for pushing 40quid just for the part, seems bit steep? just a bit of bloody rubber

u coudl prolly get a vauxhall boot for that price :/

i was quoted ?50 at halfords for an entire CV joint :/

sas for the loom its relatively streight forward - its about 6 wires to connect up fore things like tacho, temp etc
