engine painting

what paint have you used before?
iv paint engines in before etc but got some red 2pk left in the shed s as thinking of spraying my block before it goes in.

anyone tried 2pk on anengine? primed first, stayed on after heat etc etc etc???

i think it should stay with the heat, i used upol primer and then commercial paint on mine

Halfords rattle can worked on my core plugs, inc behind the turbo.

ive used hammerite on mine previously

yer iv used hammerite to and just some heatproof spray.

might just try it and see
