Sound Deadening!

Alright, hows it going all?, ive been advised to sound deaden my nova, i didnt think it was neccesary as i only have 6x9's and 17cm door speakers, oh and amp. just to ask your opinion? what you think?, if so how the fuck do i do it?what areas of the car do i do?cause im on a very tight budget at the moment. cheers chris

hey m8, sound deadening will always make a big differnce to the sound in the car, if possible you should rip out the carpet and cover it deadening, doin it on everthing that you can see, you can also do inside the doors and the rear three quarter panels, there are a few differnent types ov stuff you can use, the most known stuff is dynamat but its expensive, brown bread is the same kinda stuff but alot cheaper, u can also use flashing tape from b+q etc (i think) this is a much cheaper way to do it

Basically it depends on if your thinkin ov adding a sub or 6 later on or if you want to improve sound quality, if its just a basic sound system youve got then it may not be worth spending the money on it
