Turbo rebuild

Iv got a T2 turbo that Courtenay used for their conversions, the shaft has some play and iv been told the seals are gone.

Is it cheaper to get a brand new turbo than repairing the one I have ?

Can anyone recommend a place that does turbo repairs ?

Any advice/help I would be very grateful.
