well here's my baby bought her in January and I'm totally in love with it lol
when i bought it it needed 4 new shocks and the eml light had been taken out so we set about fixing everything lol

so now it has spax adjustable shocks on the front with -40mm lowering springs on the rear is Astra shocks and corsa b adjustable springs(still to be fitted this weekend
new wishbones and drop link bolts has a straight thru exhaust but i have changed the back box over to a irmscher back box also replaced the pipercross air filter with a normal filter and has new lionhart multi spokes fitted ill just up now and post some pics lol and keep it updated

was also away to dalkeith to pick up a set of gsi slabs the other night aswell got them for £50 so cant complain they need tyres and just gonna get them powdercoated as im getting a very good price for it in two weeks time so was looking at the pics of the meet and ive decided i liked the 5 spokes better on the car but didnt like the silver so i spotted a can of diamond black spray paint and some silver nail polish lol and this is the end result

Keep it up mate i think the smoothed doors suit it tbh the backbox looks miles better too.

Hmmm. The sideskirts are missing the rest of the kit. Probbaly a poor colour to show it off tbh. Personally I like Cavs left well alone rather than over modded. Good old C20XE motor though. You called it a redtop?

only part thats not on the car is the door moulds and ill fit them sometime this week as for me calling it a redtop yeah thats what c20xe are is it not

I also thought the C20XE was referred to as a Redtop. Ive always heard it as that.

it is the 20xe and the c20xe are both redtop engines only difference ones a coil (c20xe) and the other is a dizzy(early type)

also the C20 had a CAT and a Lambda sensor hence the C in C20 and the 20XE didn't, I'm sure the 20XE was slightly more powerful because of that.

well the multis are coming off as ive sold them (only had them 3 weeks i think lol ) as i really like the 5 spoke with the silver lip so gonna do them right (no more silver nail polish) and get them on this week

right well i have sold the multis to mick the other night so i need to get started on the other alloys here is the one id painted already i sanded it down again last night and sprayed it with primer to be painted today but i dont think i cleaned them right before putting the primer on and its bubbled so spent the rest of the night getting the primer smooth lol

Looks good lowered, what size are the new wheels? are they going to rub the inside arch?

there 17s aswell but got 15" gsi slabs sitting aswell

Should get the gsi slabs chromed!! they would look mint on it
