AAAArghhh.... help

i have a HTC Hero, the screen went dodgy and a replacement has come. the phone needs a Gmail account as all your numbers are stored through that amongst other things and its the only way to access the android market... like a Tw@t i forgot to note the email down... any ideas how i can retrieve the account settings? i have emaild Google through their form, but i didnt use it for email, so not much help...

any ideas are welcome... i have run out... :roll: :roll: :tard:
