Ok my mate is thinking of putting a let in his kit car.Now we were thinking that the inter cooler may be a problem as its not very wide on the front.does the inter cooler have to be a certain size?please advise:thumb:

no, standard intercooler is very very small. unless running large boost then you would want something more adequete. you can get side mount intercoolers etc.

he is going to keep standard engine to start with.Is it bigger the better then!!

on a standard engine massive would be overkill. what kind of space you have?

well its an mk indy but the nose cone is about 18 inches across.there is loads of room both sides of engine tho

Charge cooler is more common on kit cars, esp. A mk indy!
