problem with 2l 8v calibra engine starts sumtimes other times doesn't i have replaced the distributor cap and rotary arm all 4 ht leads and it still missfiers and sum times doesn't start it starts wen jump started or from cold dose eny one have eny ideas

a got it running and its temperamental bowt running sum times cuts owt and wen u turn it off its a bit of a 50-50 chance shel start eny ideas cheers robert

pull the plugs out and have a look at the colour of them, i suspect they might be sooty black ? sounds like it might be over-fueling to me
