6. Post promotional information about any illegal activities (including bulk piracy of VCDs & DVDs). We will not permit people to use the forums to distribute files which are pirated or aid in the production of pirated material.

has nothing to do with rule 6?

having EPC is 9.9/10 times obtained from an iffy source and therefore not in the club interest to discuss even getting it running (in public).

Aye ok Stuart before you start a wichhunt I was going to ask is it worth the hassle of getting it and trying to use it as I know it's an online parts catolouge and I don't know the legalities of using it, that is why I posted in a public forum asking for advice.

On a differnt subject the previous thread is now closed at my requset do not try to bully me in every thread I post please.

Stuart

I spent 15 minutes searching the forums for a thread like that and couldn't find anything. Thanks for the link.

I don't see what the problem is with the Epc questions.

It's not like anyone is ripping off Gm is it ?

Like I said the Parts chap at my local dealer is happy I have it.

But I love my High horsey lol

I'd be very surprised to find a true grey version of the epc on ebay for the kind of money most folks here are willing to part with.

So the one for under a tenner is well dodgy then?

I'll give it a miss.

imho more than likely..... but as phazer has said even if its a grey copy with a 'legit' license you still cant officially use it due to you not being (assumtion here as I have said before I cant read minds :p) a GM dealer

They will be dealer update discs, they get them sent all of the time. You paid £10 for the discs but who supplied the license to use it? ;)

Before anyone starts, I have it (genuine discs) just pointing out the legal position.
