intermittent mis-fire on 1.2 nova

I have noticed that from cold my car has a mis-fire and when warm it will come and go as you drive along has anyone else experienced these problems or know the best parts to replace to try and sort it?

When was the last time it had a good service mate sounds like could be rotor arm dissy cap something like that possibly taking moisture in.
