That looks :cool:

A bright silly colour would look daft, unless the engine is bonkers to go with it. If its a 1.2, heck even if its anything equivalent to an XE or less it will be slow - the green lotus looked cool because its a nippy sports car and looks fast even when its parked. A Corsa is slow and looks... gay.

You can request to use the colour though, years ago i read about a mk1 golf gti, and he asked to use the colour and it was allowed, looked pretty good too! Fades though, a few of my mates work for Dyno Rod

Get a massive Bright Purple double ended dildo on the roof, that with the white/purple contrast will turn heads and get the "wow" factor...

you div, sold my corsa gsi kit last week for £100, had the arches, foglights etc. what about silk violet? love that colour :) silicone hoses are bloody expensive so wouldnt bother, do the rocker cover and timing cover though

I would try and get hold of another GSi bumper. Silicone hoses would look good but depends on what colour you paint the car and what colour hoses you want, plus they are really expensive but also make a good difference in an engine bay.

:cry: well if i could afford a nova i would have one but i cant so im stuck with the corsa and i just want something different as i keep saying eventually i want a bigger engine, colour code hoses/pipes etc that kinda thing with another gsi bumper and i want my spotlights wiring in, tinted windows, lowered (possibly coilovers if i have the money) btw this is going to be done over a long period of time because of my age and insurance etc at the minute its broke anyway and needs a new bonnet because of rickys dad :mad:

Ste L is a member on here. I think he is suggesting that you do the usual upgrades- suspension/brakes/engine and exhaust, then just smarten it up with a few subtle modifications and make it really clean and tidy.

You can waste your money on a crap bodykit and paint job but it'll attract the wrong attention, be a tit-ache to drive and be worth feck all when you come to sell it. You'll get pulled over by the police more often and it'll be a target for vandalism.

I'm not saying you have to get a Nova. They're just as bad when they're kitted! I'm just saying that you don't need to waste your money to make your car look like that. You have a good starting point, just spend a lot of time cleaning it up and if you really want to put a kit on it then why not buy a Corsa GSi kit on it? You might even be able to find the bumpers in the right colour to save having to paint them :thumb:
