Local motor factors mate. They will swage the end for you as well. If you are doing a lot you can get the copper pipe and the kits to fit the ends on. Either way, local motor factors is a good start!

if your old pipes are still in one piece take them along and a motor factors make them and flare the ends and fit new nuts etc.
I don't know any motor factors that will do it, you can buy all the stuff to do it tho.

Same here ours wouldnt flare the ends or fit the nuts etc but a roll of copper pipe and some fittings is peanuts.
Same here /\
But a local brake shop will do it, not much good for you though if its local to me... Lol
The only problem is you need a good flaring tool to get decent line flares, so thats £30-£40 youve got to spend too
i'll make you some up. just tell me how long and what fittings/flare type they are. can easily post them. PM me if interested

Done
thankyou Adam....
i imagine that a lot of motor factors don't do the pipes any more for public safety/liability reasons.
a decent local independant garage would probably do them for you..

TBH my local motor factors cant even supply the correct parts when you give them all the details so wouldnt want some spotty 16yr old flairing and bemding my brake lines, would rather buy the bits and do it myself.
rewind to 1993 & i was working in a commercial vehicle/motor factors with a brake reline shop.. i was making up pipe on a daily basis & none ever failed..we just sold them for price of bits + a quid per pipe.... ahh the good old days

I bought the pipe, the fittings & a £10 flaring tool when I was re-building the GSi. All was good, glad I now have the skills tbh.
