Supercharger

Sorry if this is a silly question but is a supercharger low compretion or hi compretion?

erm well erm..... the compressor of the supercharger makes positive presure to the engine.

the engine itself 'should' be lower CR than N/A tuning but the yanks and japs are kinda proving you dont 'NEED' to drop the CR when boosting an engine

So a charger wouldnt work on a xe with bodies then

in the broad sense, yes it would....

but its a waste of ITB's. you'd be better off fitting the LET inlet (or get a better one made) and running the S/C through that
