Got an chance to buy a late Nova GSI coilpack engine, will it go into my 1991 GSI without any issues?

Cheers

That would be good, then I'll paint and re-gasket my engine, and sell it on here.

if there's nothing wrong with your engine it seems a little pointless though? the hassle for, well no bhp if you run the cat on it.. or 2-3 if you don't, you may as well just give your current engine a good service?

If your 1991 gsi has got a e16se then it wont plug in as the loom and ecu's are completely different

I meant from the engine loom plug that they have Ad, not the engine loom onto the sensors, you would obviously need an engine loom for the new engine, but it won't need crimping up/soldering afaik

A c16 dont have an engine loom plug, its hard wired into the car loom ;)

My engine has to come out anyway, gearbox oil is leaking out, and normal oil leak aswell. The C16SE, will come with ecu, afm, airbox etc, prob not the rest of the loom though.

I'm also getting pissed of with it not idling properly, change the whole lot, I dont need to think about that anymore. the chap wants £150 for it all.
