Hey guys
Just looking for some advice,
iv lowerd my car 40mm all round but there's a problem =/
when ever there's more than one person sitting in the back
the back wheels start rubbing on the arch's (outer lip)
i know i should just tell people to walk haha
but im not the mean lol
so im just wounding if there's anyway i can stiffen the shock's with out biying new one's or could i just bend the lip of the arch up so its not touching ?
or am i just being a dick hahalol
so if you could, let me know.
cheers guys

Depending on how much it's rubbing you could get a grinder or maybe even a file and take off the necessary amount so they clear of have them professionally folded up incase you want to run bigger wheels in the future...

depending on your wheel dimensions and offset ect you may just get away with rolling the lip of the arches, how close are they when the cars stationary and no one in it,do they touch then

Buy some 195/45/15 tyres and your clearance problems should be solved
Save hacking your shell to bits lol

the question is
with a 40mm drop, you sould be able to get another set of rims between the tyre and the arch, are you running stupid off set alloys ?

I would and have lol
I had some ET49 15" 6J alloys with 195/50's and they rubbed everywhere lol Down 60mm as well I suppose
Changed to 195/45's and had no problems since :)
